fun class includes warm up exercise and yoga/pilates stretches followed by
Latin dance moves taken from Salsa, Rumba, Cha Cha and more! All
suitable for Adult Beginners who want to exercise and enjoy
dance to great music. This class is run by Lynda who has
35 years
of fitness and dance experience to guide you the safe and
enjoyable way!
